For the third year running and the Weather not much better,42 Classics left Dobys carpark In Stirling, heading for Tyndrum, and the Famous Green Welly Stop, passing through heavy rain on the Mountain Passes on the way there.

We arrived about 1135am to find 8 Minis from the Caledonian Mini Club and another 5 from the Oban Classics, In the carpark,Kindly roped off for us, with another 4 turning up 10 mins later,at 12.25 pm we headed off, after a look round the shops and some Coffee or tea, Driving through Glen Coe was a bit wild to say the least . We Arrived about 12.50 pm to find another two Classics from the Lochaber Classic Club, Which took the number of cars to at least ( 63 ),With some who no longer had there classics taxed took there modern cars along.
Once In the carpark ,we found Red Deer roaming about, and just about everyone got there camaras out for them along with what was in the Back ground ,The Buachalle Etive Mor Mountain.

Once Inside we found a log fire at the door to heat us all up after the cold whether outside.
Then It was through to the Lounge where we had the staff run off there feet with bar meals.
and they coped very well with all the orders.

Some of the Braveharts took the Coast road back back, towards Oban then Inland back to the Green Welly then home.

Furthest Distance was the Mini Clubman from Manchester.

Bravest Couple must be Brian & his wife in the AC Cobra From Cumnock Ayrshire.

The photographs were taken by me at the Callander Classic Car show 29th August 2004 I think some of the members cars are included. It was an enjoyable day apart from the weather.

dont know if this is the correct way to post photos but it appears to work

I had forgotten just how bad that field was. I even had to dig mud out of the roof channels and remember at that time it was the most expensive rally for us to attend. That used to cause a row (even boycotts) every year.
