The showground is the ‘Strathallan Games Park’ on Airthrey Avenue in Bridge of Allan.

How do I get to the showground?

The entrance to the public car park is via Graham’s Dairy on Henderson Street (FK9 4RW).  The entrance for vehicle exhibitors and for public pedestrians is at the junction of Mayne Avenue and Airthrey Avenue (FK9 4QY).

From Perth and the north:

  • Drive south on the A9.
  • At the Keir roundabout (where the A9 turns into the M9), take the 2nd exit for Bridge of Allan and stay on the A9.
  • For classic vehicle exhibitors and members of the public attending on foot:
    • 2.2 miles later (after you driven through Bridge of Allan), turn right onto Keir Street.
    • Then turn left onto Mayne Avenue.
    • At the end of Mayne Avenue the entrance to the showground for classic vehicle entrants and public pedestrians is straight ahead.
  • For access to the public car park:
    • 2.3 miles later (after you have driven through Bridge of Allan and have passed Keir Street), turn right into Graham’s Dairy.
    • And then follow the sign-posts to the public car park.

From Glasgow, Edinburgh, the west and south:

  • Drive north and join the M9, initially following the signs to Perth.
  • At the Keir roundabout (where the M9 turns into the A9), take the 4th exit for Bridge of Allan.

From mid-Fife and the east:

  • Drive west and join the A91.
  • Continue until you reach the Manor Powis roundabout where the A91 intersects with the A907.
  • Take the 3rd exit towards Bridge of Allan on the A907.
  • After 1 mile at the Causewayhead roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Bridge of Allan on the A9.
  • For access to the public car park:
    • 1.0 miles later turn left into Graham’s Dairy.
    • And then follow the sign-posts to the public car park.

    • Then turn left onto Mayne Avenue.
  • At the end of Mayne Avenue the entrance to the showground for classic vehicle entrants and public pedestrians is straight ahead.

How do I exit the showground?

The arrangements for leaving the showground are slightly changed this year in order to avoid pedestrians and cars using the same gate between the public car park and the showground:

  • Cars exiting the public car park will now leave by the south-west gates, turn left onto Pullar Avenue, turn right to stay on Pullar Avenue, and then right again onto Cornton Road leading up to the A9 in Bridge of Allan (or turn left if heading into Stirling).
  • Vehicle exhibitors and pedestrian-only members of the public will exit by the main mid-north gate from the showground, and then along Mayne Avenue and Keir Street to reach the main road (Henderson Street / A9).
  • No cars will use the south-east gate/path between the showground and the public car park, which is for pedestrian-only use this year.

Can I bring a dog to the show?

Yes, dogs are welcome.  Please note that dogs must be kept under control and on leads at all times.  Also, dogs must not be left unattended in cars either in the showground or in the public car park.

Can I still enter my classic vehicle for display in the showground?

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting classic vehicle entries for this year’s show, to allow enough time to issue passes and plan the layout of the showground.  Despite that, we still hope to see you on the day of the show and please look out for the launch of the entry period early next year for the 2025 show.

Can I still enter as a trader or autojumbler?

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting entries from traders and autojumblers, to allow enough time complete the regulatory processes and plan the layout of the showground.  Please look out for the launch of the entry period early next year for the 2025 show.

Can I just turn up on the day of the show and enter my classic vehicle for display in the showground?

No, this will not be possible. Entry on the day of the show was possible in 2022, but that was because of the special circumstances immediately after the COVID pandemic. Entry on the day will not be possible this year, mainly because of the risk of causing significant delays to getting vehicles onto the showfield.

If the show is cancelled will my entry fee for my classic vehicle be refunded?

No, entry fees for classic vehicle exhibitors are not refundable.  The costs of running the car show are considerable and we are always at the mercy of the weather. If the weather on the day of the show is very bad, that can result in a show being cancelled and therefore there being no income from public attendees to cover the costs. Consequently, all entry fees are non-refundable.

When can show vehicles enter the showground?

Show vehicles can enter the showground from 8am on Sunday 14th May and have to be onsite by 9.30am.

When can show vehicles leave the showground?

Entrants are required to remain on the showground until 4pm.

How many people does my classic vehicle entry fee allow to enter the show?

The entry fee allows admittance of your classic vehicle and up to two people.
