Due to potential Covid restrictions we strongly recommend that you follow the current Scottish Government guidance. Please check our website (sdccc.co.uk) or Facebook page (‘Stirling and District Classic Car Club’) for any changes to the show arrangements.

Declaration: You wish to enter the vehicle(s) for which you have provided details for this event. You confirm that the vehicle(s) and any other listed vehicle(s) are covered by the necessary road tax, MOT and insurance. You are aware that any vehicle parked at the show is parked at the owner’s risk. You accept that SDCCC and its associates have no responsibility for any illness, accident, damage or injury to owners, drivers, spectators and ground vehicles or any person or property whatsoever. You are also aware that, where applicable, there is a requirement for the entrant(s) to have public liability insurance in place.

Why are we charging an entry fee for vehicle exhibitors?

The past few years have been very challenging for everyone, and that includes on the finance of small organisations such as ours, which have been hit significantly. The costs of running the car show are considerable and we are always at the mercy of the weather. If the weather on the day of the show is very bad, that can result in a show being cancelled and therefore there being no income from public attendees to cover the costs. Consequently, we now ask vehicle entrants to make a small, non-refundable contribution of £5 each to the costs of putting on the show and to contribute to the funds the show raises for charities. This will allow admittance of your classic vehicle and up to two people. We hope you will understand the need for this small charge and recognise that it represents great value for money.

If you are using satnav, enter postcode FK9 4RB.

From Perth and the north:

  • Drive south on the A9.
  • At the Keir roundabout (where the A9 turns into the M9), take the 2nd exit for Bridge of Allan and stay on the A9.
  • 2 miles later (after you driven through Bridge of Allan), turn right onto Keir Street.
  • Then turn left onto Mayne Avenue.
  • At the end of Mayne Avenue the entrance to the showground for classic vehicle entrants is straight ahead.

From Glasgow, Edinburgh, the west and south:

  • Drive north and join the M9, initially following the signs to Perth.
  • At the Keir roundabout (where the M9 turns into the A9), take the 4th exit for Bridge of Allan.
  • 2 miles later (after you driven through Bridge of Allan), turn right onto Keir Street.

Can I bring a dog to the show?

Yes, dogs are welcome.  Please note that dogs must be kept under control and on leads at all times.  Also, dogs must not be left unattended in cars either in the showground or in the public car park.

Can I still enter my classic vehicle for display in the showground?

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting classic vehicle entries for this year’s show, to allow enough time to issue passes and plan the layout of the showground.  Despite that, we still hope to see you on the day of the show and please look out for the launch of the entry period early next year for the 2025 show.

Can I still enter as a trader or autojumbler?

Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting entries from traders and autojumblers, to allow enough time complete the regulatory processes and plan the layout of the showground.  Please look out for the launch of the entry period early next year for the 2025 show.

Can I just turn up on the day of the show and enter my classic vehicle for display in the showground?

No, this will not be possible. Entry on the day of the show was possible in 2022, but that was because of the special circumstances immediately after the COVID pandemic. Entry on the day will not be possible this year, mainly because of the risk of causing significant delays to getting vehicles onto the showfield.

If the show is cancelled will my entry fee for my classic vehicle be refunded?

No, entry fees for classic vehicle exhibitors are not refundable.  The costs of running the car show are considerable and we are always at the mercy of the weather. If the weather on the day of the show is very bad, that can result in a show being cancelled and therefore there being no income from public attendees to cover the costs. Consequently, all entry fees are non-refundable.

When can show vehicles enter the showground?

Show vehicles can enter the showground from 8am on Sunday 14th May and have to be onsite by 9.30am.

When can show vehicles leave the showground?

Entrants are required to remain on the showground until 4pm.

How many people does my classic vehicle entry fee allow to enter the show?

The entry fee allows admittance of your classic vehicle and up to two people.
